  • 10hr Battery Life, a month of standby
  • Ability to use existing apps from the app store.
  • iTunes integration for music and video
  • iBook app store
  • Re-designed Mail, Calender, Contacts, iPhoto, and iLife apps
  • Youtube
  • 3g and Wifi
  • Keyboard dock, desk dock, and iPad Case
  • Bluetooth keyboard connectivity
  • Camera Connection Kit

Bad:

  • No camera
  • 3g vs. Wifi pricing
  • AT&T
  • So far no external video output
  • iPhone/iPad OS
