- Re-designed Mail, Calender, Contacts, iPhoto, and iLife apps
- Youtube
- 3g and Wifi
- Keyboard dock, desk dock, and iPad Case
- Bluetooth keyboard connectivity
- Camera Connection Kit
Bad:
- No camera
- 3g vs. Wifi pricing
- AT&T
- So far no external video output
- iPhone/iPad OS
